Day to Night Backdrop a Hit with International Apparel Manufacturer

UV/FX recently designed and painted this 20' x40' Day to Night Scenic piece for a high profile international apparel manufacturer, a client of Communicate America and KO productions. The backdrop was created around the location of a sales and training meeting held at the Hilton New York, NY.

With New York being a city of glitz, glamour and Broadway shows,
the client were looking for new, fresh idea for themeing this
event. They needed to attract the attention of the multi generational attendees.

The design of this production would play as large of a part as the
presentations, if not more. This was the first meeting for many of the
attendees so a lasting impression was definitely the goal.

It made sense to incorporate the key points of the meeting with scenes
Of New York. The rhetorical theme of the meeting was… Imagine,
Creativity, Possibilities and Inspiration. The transition from the Theme Imagine to the words that tied the message all together played an integral part in keeping the audience focused.

Communicate America/KO Production's client is very fashion forward and trendy so a unique stage setting would set the tone for a high impact presentation that was required. This backdrop allowed all of these requirements to come in to play.
